Rethinking Corporate Events: How Presentations Turn Events into Experiences

Event

More and more companies have understood how important transparency and appreciation are. It's primarily about making the right decisions. But it's also about communicating them. And not just externally, but especially internally.

Not too many years ago, promotions or anniversaries (if celebrated at all) were held in the company cafeteria during lunch break. There was then champagne with orange juice for everyone, a few words of praise from the supervisor, and if things went really well, a few sandwiches. That time is over.

Today, companies face completely different challenges. In times when transparency within a company is becoming increasingly important for existing or potentially new employees, tasty sandwiches alone no longer suffice.

A new form of corporate events with different objectives is making its way into large companies. How do you achieve this?

MHP sets an example. Every year, the Porsche subsidiary organizes the MHP Insight for now 2,000 employees. This event serves to appreciate individual promotions and to communicate the strategy transparently.

On a 150 square meter screen in the Stuttgart Porsche Arena, the strategy meeting gains significant character. Not only for executives and partners but for all employees. The individual presentations are meant to inspire and motivate the audience. Especially in preparation, this means an enormous effort that pays off.

Afterwards, there's still a "celebration" with a bit more than just champagne and orange juice in the canteen. In a lively party night, all promotees and anniversary celebrants are celebrated.

The word "fusion" stirs unrest and uncertainty in some people. How to cleverly handle it was demonstrated by Fiducia. As one of the largest IT banking service providers, Fiducia set out to communicate the merger with GAD IT AG differently.

The board presentation didn't take place just anywhere – but at COM16, the in-house trade fair, in front of 3,500 IT decision-makers. The merger was linked to the idea of rethinking. This way, viewers can be engaged, understand the fusion, and why it brings more opportunities than risks.

A nice side effect: The new appearance could be conveyed to the masses and sustainably improve the image.

At ADIDAS EVENTS, it's important to captivate the different target groups with outstanding presentations. From investors to partners and customers, to employees. And this in front of an audience ranging from 20 to 2,000 people.

Whether on the world's longest projection wall as a permanent installation at the adidas Consumer Center in Herzogenaurach, or at multimedia major events in exhibition halls, as otherwise only seen at music concerts of world stars, presenting with adidas is state of the art.
